We Go to Sleep 90 Minutes Later Than We Did Just 10 Years Ago:
According to a new study, the average adult now goes to bed 90 MINUTES LATER than we did just ten years ago.
And the big reasons are Facebook, Twitter, cell phone games, iPads, and Netflix. Now we lay in bed, awake, messing around with our phones and tablets . . . instead of just going to bed.
The average bedtime is now roughly MIDNIGHT . . . in 2002, it was 10:30 P.M. We're sleeping about seven-and-a-half hours less every week, which comes out to almost 400 hours less per year.
15% of people say having their phone or tablet in bed has hurt their sex life.
