A new global study has found that about one of every six people in the entire world follows no religion.

This group of non-followers is the third-largest religious group – after Christians and Muslims.

Most of these people live in Asia – especially China.

Many of the people in this group do hold some religious or spiritual beliefs and may even believe in a god, but they do not identify with a specific faith. (New York Times)
