A Washington man rubbed cops the wrong way – by telling them they couldn't arrest him for public indecency until he was done pleasuring himself.
A witness called cops after spotting the man, whose name was not released, half naked in a nearby alleyway. A police department spokesperson described the scene by saying that the responding officer caught the man "with his pants around his ankles, in the throes of self-flagellation." When ordered to cease and desist, the man said he would, but not until he was finished with the act.
Other witnesses said they had seen the suspect walking around Columbia City earlier in the day yelling and grabbing people. (Seattle Post Intelligencer)
