HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT PUNISHED FOR TEBOWING DURING GRADUATION

A 17-year-old in Florida is in hot water for Tebowing on stage during his graduation ceremony.

Chuck Shriner had his diploma withheld and had to clean the gym in order to get his diploma released.

Part of the problem is that Chuck's mom is a teacher at the school and the mom didn't want Chuck setting a bad example for underclassmen. (NaplesNews.com)

You'd THINK a lingerie store would WANT their employees to be HOT and LARGE-BREASTED . . . so customers are fooled into thinking the lingerie will make THEM look hot and large-breasted.

29-year-old Lauren Odes of Hoboken, New Jersey, says that's not what happened to her.

In April, she worked at a lingerie store called Native Intimates in New York City for ONE WEEK. And she says she was FIRED for being too hot and large-breasted.

Lauren was placed at Native Intimates by a temp agency to do data entry and coordinate shipments. Her supervisors immediately told her she was TOO HOT and said she should TAPE DOWN her breasts.

Lauren says on her last day, she wore a form-fitting black dress and they told her she either needed to go buy a new outfit . . . or wear a ROBE. She left to get another outfit . . . and while she was out they called and fired her.

Now, Lauren has filed a complaint against Native Intimates with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Naturally, her lawyer is GLORIA ALLRED.

Native Intimates is owned by ORTHODOX JEWS . . . Allred says Lauren's bosses told her the owners would object to what she was wearing.

Which WOULD make sense, because Orthodox Jews believe in modesty . . . only they own a LINGERIE STORE. So it would SEEM on the surface they're trying to have it both ways.

At a press conference yesterday, a reporter asked Allred for Lauren's exact bra size. Allred replied, quote, "that's not relevant."

Native Intimates declined to comment.

A 28-year-old woman in Hyderabad, India knew that. And last week, she decided to DIVORCE her 31-year-old husband, because he STILL hadn't switched his Facebook status after two months of marriage.

We're guessing there were probably more issues than that . . . but the Facebook thing was her last straw.

Her husband told the judge that he'd just FORGOTTEN to make the change. The judge told them to get counseling.

A Guy in Arizona Jumped Out of a Moving Pickup Just to Avoid Fighting With His Girlfriend:

Guys . . . ever been in one of those arguments with your girlfriend where you want NOTHING MORE than to bail IMMEDIATELY, just to get away from the fight?

On Sunday morning, a 27-year-old guy from Phoenix, Arizona and his girlfriend were both passengers in a friend's 1995 Chevy pickup. And they were having a HUGE fight.

The guy decided he just couldn't take it anymore . . . so, to avoid the argument, he decided to open the door and JUMP OUT of the moving pickup.

There's no word how fast the truck was going when he bailed . . . but it DIDN'T go smoothly. The man suffered LIFE-THREATENING INJURIES, and he's currently in the hospital in critical condition.

The friend who was driving was sober at the time, and isn't facing any charges. There's no word on what the guy and his girlfriend were arguing about.

It's called GirlfriendHire.com. Women post ads about what girlfriend-like tasks they'll do for you . . . critique your clothing, send you flirtatious text messages, post on your wall to make another woman jealous, whatever.

--Every task costs $5. And no, they're not allowed to do anything sexual.

The site's founder says that since he opened it last month, it's received 100,000 visitors and 300 orders so far.

It's basically a rip-off of the website Fiverr.com, which lets people offer to do stuff for $5, not just girlfriend stuff. The layout, the fonts, everything is almost identical. But whatever.

Stupid Photo of the Day . . . A Graduation Program from the University of Texas and Their School of "Pubic Affairs":

The University of Texas in Austin had its graduation over the weekend. And hopefully they turned out a few good copy editors. Because based on their graduation program, there SHOULD be a new job open.

There was a GLARING typo on the cover of the program listing all the graduates of UT's Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs. It read, quote, "Lyndon B. Johnson School of PUBIC Affairs."

Every single person who attended the Public Affairs school's graduation got one of the programs . . . that means little sisters and GRANDMAS were getting these things.

The assistant dean of the school issued an apology. Quote, "Our deepest apologies to our 2012 graduates for the egregious typo in our program." All of the students will get a corrected program with the correct spelling.

A Man Punches His Fiancée . . . Because She Drunkenly Made Out With Another Woman:

So you're hammered at a birthday party, and your fiancée starts making out with another woman. Is your first thought, "I just have to play it cool and I can turn this into a threesome?" It SHOULD be.

Unfortunately, 40-year-old John Vincenti of Ferndale, Michigan, had the exact opposite reaction. Back in March, he and his 35-year-old fiancée were drunk at her birthday party, when she made out with another woman. And he was FURIOUS.

So he PUNCHED her. Seriously.

That sparked a BRAWL. The 42-year-old woman who'd been kissing his fiancée grabbed a FRYING PAN and hit John. Then he wrestled it away from her and used it to hit HER 38-year-old boyfriend. Then, glass bottles started flying.

The fiancée actually refused to cooperate with the police when they got there . . . she told them, quote, "I don't want to throw him under the bus."

John was arrested anyway, and was just charged with misdemeanor assault, resisting, and felony obstruction. He could get two years in prison.

Colombia Secret Service Prostitution Scandal Spreads To The DEA

Surprise, surprise ... A month after the Secret Service was busted for bringing prostitutes into their hotel rooms in Colombia, the Drug Enforcement Administration is also in hot water for the same thing.

The DEA announced that at least three of its agents are also under investigation for allegedly hiring hookers in Colombia.

So, while everybody was pointing their fingers and laughing at the Secret Service guys, the DEA guys were also getting wild down there.

DIRTY MOVIES: Cable Company Hit With Porn Lawsuit

Time Warner Cable has been sued by a former employee for $2 million because his co-workers would watch porn on company time.

Keith Reid said he walked in on a co-worker watching porn in February last year. He complained to human resources -- and then saw another person doing the same thing a month later.

Before it was all over, Keith claims he caught co-workers watching porn on approximately 10 different occasions and those employees apparently were not disciplined. (Fox News)

This app sounds pretty ambitious . . . and a great way to make people self-conscious. But if they can get it to work nationwide, it's going to be HUGE.

The app is called SceneTap. The company behind it installs cameras at bars, scans the people coming in, and uses facial recognition software and biometric rhythms to predict their age and gender.

That way, anyone who has the app can check out a bar before they leave the house, to make sure the crowd size, age range, and male-female ratio is where they want it to be. The app doesn't assess how GOOD LOOKING the crowd is.

Here's an example. On Friday night, a bar in San Francisco called Bar None first started using SceneTap. By 10:00 P.M., the app rated it "Lively" . . . it was a little less than half full, had a 50-50 male-female ratio, and an average age of 22.

Of course, some people are OUTRAGED about SceneTap. Even though it doesn't actually record anyone's face or take any personal information, they still think it's a major privacy violation.

Right now there are only cameras in a few bars in seven cities: Athens, Georgia . . . Austin, Texas . . . Bloomington, Indiana . . . Chicago . . . Gainesville, Florida . . . Madison, Wisconsin . . . and San Francisco.

The app is free for iPhone and Android phones. The company plans to keep on expanding to more bars and more cities.

A Woman Reports Her Van Being Stolen . . . Then Realizes It Was Just Hidden Under Her Overgrown Weeds:

On May 14th, a 78-year-old woman in Dacula, Georgia, called the police to report that her late husband's 1973 Chevy van had been STOLEN from her front yard.

The woman told the cops that the van was inoperative . . . and she was positive the doors had been locked . . . yet it had just disappeared.

Later that day, she called the police back to tell them she'd FOUND the van. And I hope she was at least a LITTLE embarrassed over what happened.

It turns out the woman wasn't much for landscaping . . . and her tall grass and weeds had grown SO HIGH they'd COMPLETLEY covered up the van. The van that's about six-and-a-half feet tall.

She won't be charged with making a false report.

Last Wednesday, four-year-old Grace Varley of Amityville, New York was home with her two-year-old brother Myles.

Their grandmother was babysitting. Her name and age weren't released . . . and it makes sense she didn't share that info, because she doesn't come off great here.

As Grace and Myles were eating dinner, Myles started CHOKING on a piece of a chicken nugget. Their grandmother tried to help him, but couldn't . . . and PANICKED. She picked him up and ran outside, SCREAMING FOR HELP.

Meanwhile four-year-old Grace took a much calmer approach . . . she picked up the phone and dialed 911. The paramedics arrived quickly and dislodged the food. Myles was shaken up, but he's fine now.

As far as passive-aggressive revenge goes, this is pretty good. A man was having trouble sleeping because his neighbor was having LOUD SEX. And rather than ask them to keep it down, he decided the Internet could handle it for him.

We don't know too many details, like who this guy is or where he lives, because this is pure passive-aggressive Internet posting. But in previous posts he's talked about living in Victoria Park, in east London, so we're guessing he's there.

On Wednesday night, he RECORDED the sounds of his neighbors getting-it-on . . . then posted the audio on the music-sharing website Soundcloud, so the entire world could hear. And this guy wasn't kidding. This is LOUD, MOAN-Y SEX.

He also put up a note in the apartment complex letting the neighbors know what he'd done . . . and asking them to shut their windows next time.

A 14-Year-Old Boy Bites Into an Arby's Roast Beef Sandwich . . . and Finds a Piece of a Finger:

Last Friday, 14-year-old Ryan Hart of Jackson, Michigan was at an Arby's with his family, and eating a junior roast beef sandwich. But as he was eating, he tasted something DISGUSTING. And no, it wasn't just the roast beef.

On one of his last bites, he tasted something that was like rubber, and tough to chew.

When he spit it out, he realized it was a piece of a HUMAN FINGER.

And this isn't a hoax. One of the employees at that Arby's had cut off part of her finger on the meat slicer. She left her station, probably for medical attention, and the other workers didn't realize she'd left a piece of her finger in the roast beef.

So they just kept on making sandwiches. And Ryan got the one with the prize inside. Arby's called this a, quote, "isolated and unfortunate accident." But even after the incident, the restaurant didn't shut down and stop serving food.

Ryan's mother says he's TRAUMATIZED by biting into the finger, and she's gotten in touch with a lawyer.

A Bar Owner Told Underage Drinkers to Pretend to Be Cooks . . . But the Cops Busted Them When They Couldn't Turn on the Grill:

On Saturday night, police in Carmel, Indiana raided a bar and restaurant called the Double Apple Lounge that had a reputation for serving minors.

When they got there, they didn't find any minors at first. But that's only because of the bar owner's GENIUS PLAN.

As the cops were approaching, the owner knew there were three underage girls drinking there . . . ages 15, 19, and 20. So he told them to RUN into the kitchen and PRETEND TO BE COOKS.

And this plan MIGHT'VE worked . . . only the three girls couldn't figure out how to turn on the grill. So when the cops went into the kitchen, they found three underage women who weren't dressed like cooks pretending to cook on a cold grill.

The bar is facing 16 charges, including selling alcohol to minors and hindering law enforcement. Each of the girls were also cited for being in a bar and illegal consumption of alcohol. This is the second raid on the bar this year.

Believe it or not, the police DON'T have a lost-and-found for your missing illegal items. Like, if you lose an unlicensed machine gun, a pound of reefer, or your pet panda.

31-year-old Joseph Moody of Mount Oliver, Pennsylvania somehow didn't realize that.

On Tuesday, Joseph was at a grocery store carrying a bag of marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms. And somehow, he left it at the store. When they found it, they called the cops.

After the cops picked it up, Joseph called the store looking for his bag of drugs. They told him he could go get it back from the cops. And he BELIEVED that.

He went to the police station, asked for his bag of drugs back, and was promptly arrested.

33-year-old Desmond Hatchett has children with 11 different women and the state is already taking half his paycheck. Unfortunately for Desomond's 11 baby mamas, Desmond is only making minimum wage, so some of the moms receive as little as $1.49 a month. (Yahoo News)

82% of women say that when they ask if something makes their butt look big, they want their significant other to be honest. And 70% think that their man actually WILL answer truthfully.

But most men KNOW BETTER. 64% of guys admit that they've LIED to their wife when they were asked that question, and, quote, "said the right thing."

68% of men say that they think telling the truth would make their wife upset . . . and 11% think telling her how she really looks would ruin an entire weekend.

Of course, women eventually find out how clothes really make them look, and the average woman has $160 worth of clothes in her closet that she's never worn.

Your Coffee Addiction is Saving Your Life? Six Cups a Day Actually Lowers Your Risk of Death:

According to new research by the National Cancer Institute, drinking at least SIX CUPS of coffee a day isn't just "not bad" for you . . . it's GREAT for you.

Men who drink at least six cups of coffee a day had a 10% lower chance of dying during the course of the 14-year study. For women it was even better . . . they had a 15% lower chance of dying.

The researchers aren't exactly sure why coffee is saving lives, though. Drinking regular versus decaf didn't make a difference, so it's not that. And they haven't found any hidden antioxidants in coffee that make it good for you.

Their best theory is that there's something SOOTHING about coffee . . . either making it, drinking it, or the social aspects of drinking it with other people. That's good for your mental health, which is also good for your physical health.

A Couple in Pennsylvania Has Three Cars Crash Into Their House In Six Months:

We're going to pass along a message here from Wade and Sonya Schenewolf of Easton, Pennsylvania. They are asking people for something TOTALLY reasonable . . . please stop CRASHING your cars into their HOUSE.

Wade and Sonya have had THREE CARS crash through their house in the past SIX MONTHS . . . once in December, once in March, and once again on Tuesday. They also got hit a fourth time about a year-and-a-half ago.

Their house is on a curve . . . and it's one of those curves where the "30 miles-per-hour" sign ISN'T for show. But we're all kinda trained to disregard those . . . and in this case, when people push the speed limit too far, they crash into the house.

The driver on Tuesday was going 65 and was AIRBORNE when he hit their garage. He did about $40,000 in damage to the house AND totaled Sonya's car in the garage. She was told her car being there slowed him down and saved his life.

The Schenewolfs have thought about putting a GIANT BOULDER in front of their house to protect it from drivers, but the city told them it would make them liable for anything that happened to someone who hit it.

So for now, they're doing the only thing they can do . . . asking people to please stop crashing into their house.

Man Sentenced 40 Years For Bar Shooting On Day Of Open Carry Passing

An Oklahoma man decided to celebrate the passage of a new law allowing for open carrying of firearms in bars with a one-gun salute -- and he faces 40 years behind bars for it.

Robert Cummings was getting blasted in a Missouri tavern when the bartender said it was last call -- which wasn't music to the customer's ears. When he asked for another beer anyway and was refused, Cummings pulled out his pistol and shot two fellow customers, leaving both with non-life-threatening wounds.

He'll be eligible for his next beer after potential parole in 2030. (KJRH)
