Remembering Robin Williams

Posted August 12th, 2014 @ 8:03am

We're all deeply saddened about the death of Robin Williams. I could lay praise on top of praise for his comic genius, but there's nothing more I could add that hasn't been said already. He touched nearly everyone, with his roles on TV, movies, and comedy. Kids loved him in Aladdin, Mrs Doubtfire, Jumanji, A Night At The Museum and more. Adults love him from his more serious movies like Good Morning Vietnam, Dead Poet's Society, Patch Adams, Good Will Hunting, and so many more.

Nearly every comedian, movie star, rock star, and even the President have commented on his passing.

Recently we had Bobcat Goldthwait in studio. They were very close friends and worked together on many projects. In this clip, Bobcat talked about working with Robin on a commercials for Snickers:

Robin Williams worked with Gilbert Gottfried in Aladdin. Gilbert will be with us tomorrow to talk about his friend and co-star.
