Men and Women Still Disagree on How Long You Should Wait Before You Have Sex With Someone:
I thought that in the era of the casual hook-up, men and women would start to converge on how long you should wait before you have sex with someone. And they'd both arrive on . . . "Eh, probably, like, the fourth date or something."
But a new survey by "Glamour" found there's still a divide on how long to wait. The most common answer from men was "after about three dates" . . . the most common answer from women was "after we're officially a couple."
But the survey found men and women DO agree on a lot of the OTHER big steps in a relationship.
Both said you should introduce the other person to your friends after one to five dates, and to your family after you make things official.
Both said you should exchange keys when it feels right.
And both men and women said you should live together before you get engaged.
Remember That Homeless Guy Who Got Shoes From a Generous Cop? Turns Out He Just Poses as a Homeless Guy to Make Hundreds a Day:
Back in November, remember the story of a New York cop who saw a homeless man sitting barefoot in Times Square, and spent $75 to buy him a brand new pair of shoes. And a photo of the scene got 618,000 Facebook likes.
About two weeks later, our enthusiasm waned after reporters caught up with the homeless guy, 54-year-old Jeffrey Hillman, and he said he felt EXPLOITED, because he didn't get a DIME from all the media attention the story was getting.
On Sunday, a few "New York Post" reporters followed Jeffrey after he left Times Square . . . and watched him head right back to an apartment. He was counting a huge stack of bills as he walked up.
When they confronted him, he admitted he ISN'T homeless. He's just a con man who poses as a homeless guy . . . and makes HUNDREDS a day doing it. At maybe $250 a day, 200 days a year, that makes it a $50,000-a-year, TAX-FREE job.
And as for the shoes he got from the cop . . . Jeffrey admitted he owns at least 30 pairs of shoes and boots.
