Overview: Southern Fried Funk is a Union County, New Jersey based band that's on the rise. Our influences range from The Allman Brothers to Funkedelic to Pink Floyd and everything in between. We consist of four Westfield High School students that together have created an extremely original sound. We have just released our first album Southern Fried Funk I which is already available on Rhapsody and Amazon mp3 and should be available on iTunes very soon. We are frequently playing and have opened for the legendary rock group Mountain recently. Southern Fried Funk is creating a new sound that will redefine music!
