Disney World Scheme: Wealthy NYC Moms Hire Disabled Tour Guides To Bypass Lines
Posted Wednesday, May 15th 2013 @ 9am

The last couple days WOR 710's John Gambling has been discussing a scheme by wealthy Manhattan mothers who hire the handicapped to act as tour guides and get them and their kids ahead of long lines at Disney World. The theme park offers park goers fast passes or VIP tour guides for an extra charge. However, if you are handicapped or have a handicapped member in your party, you can bypass long lines with a disabled guest pass.

The New York Post reported that a number of mothers will "circulate" numbers for handicapped tour guides, known as “black market Disney guides,” who will get their kids passed long lines. Apparently there are also parents, who don't want to spend money on the handicapped tour guides, who will make their children appear handicapped to gain access to special entrances.

According to the New York Post, Disney World is investigating this alleged scheme.
